Returns & Exchanges
WO&C do not accept refunds, however if for some reason your item is damaged in transit, you can return to us (please notify us within 24 hours about the issue) where your item will be remade and dispatched. All products are checked for quality before dispatch, and while we endeavour to deliver your product in perfect condition, what happens when the goods are dispatched is out of our hands.
Should this happen you can return the damaged item to us at your cost and we will re-send the product and pay for the additional postage to you. In the case where the product is sold out we will offer a full refund.
If you intend to seek a refund, replacement or exchange, you must email us westernoakco@outlook.com to obtain prior approval. Please include the order number, reason for the return and any supporting photos.

Please note We do not accept any responsibility for printing errors once you have approved the final proof that is given to you prior to your item being printed. If item has been printed incorrectly when you have approved the proof, you will be required to re-purchase.
